although i don’t really know why there’s such a big fuss about cupcakes, here is my take on them.
pro tip: for each and every bite to be perfect (cake+icing), my (sort of) cupcakes prefer to be eaten with a spoon
- 11 tbs of sugar
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 170g butter
- 4 egg yolks
- 15 tbs of flour
- half a sachet of baking powder (mix well with the flour first!)
- ~ a cup of milk (to make the dough easier to spread)
and bake until brown (170° celsius heated air)
only took 5 mins or so for mine!
in the meantime beat:
- 4 egg whites
- 5 tbs sugar (add slowly)
